IVY+ WithAI

Selective Math + AI/Research Teams

A selective small-cohort pathway for students who need more than homework help: advanced mathematical thinking, competition-style problem solving, AI/programming foundations, and structured research mentorship.

Selective placement Readiness, diagnostics, motivation, schedule, and team fit.
Max 4 students/team-track Each team is capped at 1-4 students to protect feedback and pace.
4 team-tracks Four pathways are advertised; the first three viable teams will run.

Beyond tutoring

A selective academic pathway for serious students.

IVY+ WithAI is built for motivated, coachable students pursuing a long runway: upper-elementary acceleration, Algebra II and AP readiness, competition habits, AI/programming foundations, and research documentation.

Placement happens before launch. Students are reviewed for readiness, consistency, peer fit, and the ability to work with a rigorous small team.

Four advertised pathways

Acceleration and advanced learning matched to each student's level.

1

Elementary Advanced Bridge Team

Advanced 5th/6th-grade bridge

Move beyond standard school math into Pre-Algebra, Algebra readiness, accelerated reasoning, and contest-style problem solving.

Currently recruiting: 1 selective G5/G6 student.

2

Algebra II+ Elite Track

Starting from Algebra II, expanding to AP and competitions

Algebra II to AP Precalculus to AP Calculus extension, with rigorous pacing and targeted UIL, AMC, and AIME readiness.

Currently recruiting: 2 students ready for Algebra II or higher.

3

Research / AI / Programming Team

Independent research distinction

Programming, AI/ML foundations, research design, data analysis, documentation, and project presentation for student-owned work.

Currently recruiting: 2 students seeking independent research opportunities.

4

Geometry to Algebra II Growth Track

Passionate students ready to accelerate

Geometry to Algebra II to future AP readiness through strong foundations, consistency, coachability, and deeper math habits.

Recruiting: 3 selective students who completed Algebra I or higher.

Who fits

Small cohorts work when the team culture is protected.

Strong fit

  • Motivated, respectful, and coachable.
  • Ready to work ahead with a serious peer group.

  • Wants only homework help or short-term grade repair.
  • Avoids difficult problems or the correction/improvement process.
  • Cannot attend consistently.
  • Expects scores, awards, publications, or admissions outcomes without sustained effort.

Instructor credibility

Led by a PhD researcher in applied physics and mathematics.

Lead Scientist; reviewer for a Nature-family journal; 20+ publications; 3 patents, including AI/ML-based energy and healthcare patents; managed and coached a Destination Imagination global competition award team; mentors professionals at NVIDIA, Google, JP Morgan, and a major energy company; 10+ years Korean SAT math teaching experience in Gangnam Daechi/Banpo; guided numerous students to SKY universities.
